Michael Rogalski arrived on the southern Maryland scene in 2006 and then planted Garage Church in 2008 with both the blessing and guidance of New Life Wesleyan Church.
Prior to this journey, he graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with degrees in Biblical Literature and Christian Ministries and spent 8 years as a youth pastor. He was once nearly killed by bees, and now lives on a steady diet of Gummi Bears and Ginger Ale. If God hadn’t have called him into church ministry, his childhood dreams would have been to become either a fireman or a robot, or both (his family is glad that didn’t work out).
Other than being married to his beautiful wife, Angela, and being a daddy to his two awesome kiddos, Michael would like to be known for a passion and longing to follow Jesus Christ. He and his family feel honored to be a part of the Garage Church family and look forward to many days of God’s guidance and grace on this new journey.

Growing up in a pastors home in South Carolina, Angela Rogalski learned a thing or two about sweet tea, southern hospitality and life in the ministry. She spent four years at Southern Wesleyan University and received degrees in English education and music.
Aside from leading our Equipping Ministries here at the Garage Church, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael and their two kiddos, scrapbooking, organizing, and fun family activities.

Creative Director: Pastor Ryan Haworth (

Ryan Haworth has been serving in the local church now for 7 years. Considered a jack of all trades, Ryan has served as a youth pastor, small groups pastor, worship leader, and now as the creative director for the Garage Church. During his summers, Ryan also serves as a site director for Never The Same, a summer church camp for middle and high school students. (www.ntscamp.com)
When he is not working, you can find Ryan either on a run, at the golf course, in a coffee shop, or just hanging out with his wife Courtney and their dog Georgia.

Director of Children's Ministry: Courtney Haworth (

Courtney Haworth comes from years of working with children and students. Before coming to Maryland, she was a preschool director for 8 years and volunteered at her local church as a middle school small group leader. She has worked for several great parachurch organizations such as Q, Catalyst, and most recently, Prison Fellowship. She is an event planning guru and logistical genius who has a huge passion for seeing children grow to know and love Jesus.
Courtney loves to spend time with friends, go shopping, couponing, and even the occasional canning. Some of her favorite things are her husband Ryan and their new puppy, Georgia. Go DAWGS!
